Revive – Waste Art Installation Challenge

About:

Transform discarded materials into breath-taking works of art! Revive is a mega art event that challenges teams to craft large-scale installations using waste materials, proving that creativity knows no limits. This event is a celebration of sustainability, artistic expression, and teamwork, turning the ordinary into the extraordinary.

Rules:

  • 2 Teams per master team
  • Maximum 30 Members per team
  • Installations must be created using predominantly waste/recycled materials
  • Teams must bring their own materials and tools
  • No use of hazardous or perishable materials
  • The installation should convey a strong theme or message
  • Installations will be judged on concept, creativity, execution, and sustainability

Judges’ decision is final. Any violation will result in elimination

About:

Pulli Kollam is a traditional South Indian art form where patterns are created by connecting a grid of dots using lines, curves, and loops. It is commonly drawn as a symbol of welcome, prosperity, and auspiciousness. The designs reflect a blend of creativity and mathematics, often showcasing symmetry, rhythm, and balance.

Format:

Size : 20*20

Rules:

  • 2 teams per Master Team.
  • Maximum 30 participants per Master Team.
  • TIME LIMIT: 4 hours
  • Judges decision will be final. Any violation will result in elimination.
  • Only Chalk/Kolam Powders has to be used.
  • Usage of Salt/ Flowers or other elements are NOT PERMITTED.

Marks will be assessed based on Intricacy in design /complexity, Perfection, Creativity, Overall presentation.

About:

Chalks aren’t restricted to classroom boards this one time. Get it out and create large patterns. Note

that you cannot use Kolam powder, but have to draw with the chalk on given surface. Only white chalks are allowed.

  • Space will be provided.

  • Ensure text/graffiti/art work is of high standards with no obscene content.

About:

Mehendi has been a part of our culture for centuries and rightly so. It’s hard to imagine any festive occasion without the girls decorating their hands with henna.

About:

Every fabric worn by us goes through a process of weaving, knitting and topped with embroidery. Embroider your favourite pieces on fabric and be the one to win it.

Theme: Participants must create clay models based on a specific theme of their own choice.

  • 3 members in each team.
  • Time Limit: 2 hrs
  • Tools and Materials: Participants must bring their own clay and sculpting tools required for clay modelling.

Judging Criteria: Judging will be based on creativity, craftsmanship, perfection, and details

  • Tools and Materials: Participants must bring the tools and materials required for hairdressing, such as combs, clips and pins.

  • Theme: Participants must create collages based on the specific theme provided by the organizers.

  • Materials: Participants must bring their own materials such as magazines, newspapers, scissors, glue, etc.

Judging will be based on creativity, composition, originality, and adherence to the theme.
